Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

OK. First, and foremost. I read Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince on Saturday. Loved it. I won't say too much about it here, because I know some people haven't read it yet. BUT I have a prediction about Harry Potter Book 7. I won't write it here, because it completely gives away the biggest part of the ending to The Half-Blood Prince. But I will write it in the comments section of this post.

So: DO NOT READ THE COMMENT SECTION HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO KNOW THE ENDING OF THE HALF-BLOOD PRINCE.

OK. Here is something that I think Book 7 will reveal.

I think that Snape is deep undercover for the good guys. I think that as soon as he took the unbreakable vow with Narcissa, he told Dumbledore. (Or that Snape and Dumbledore had discussed something like that happening previously.) And I think that Dumbledore actually created a horcrux and is not really dead :-)

dun dun DUNNNNNN

Ok and now I realize that I sound like about the biggest geek ever...

I just finished it and am shocked. Who would have ever guessed that Harry recieved a scholarship to Hogwarts from NAMBLA?

To create a horcrux, dumbledore would had to have killed someone. Dumbledore use an unforgivable curse? Nah. It breaks my heart too, but I think he is dead.

I don't think Dumbledore created a horcrux, because he would have had to murder someone ... but I think that he is probably still alive some how and that Snape is actually as Sara said DEEP undercover. I think that maybe Dumbledore's murder was all a big show to help Snape secure his cover withe the Death Eaters.

Also, I have a theory that Sirius Black is still alive. There was no body - remember.

I can't wait for book 7, it is going to be awesome!

I forgot about the killing requirement. damn it.

I sincerely hope that there's another way for him to not really be dead.

And my mom has been arguing this whole time that Sirius is not dead also. (I would LOVE it if she was correct)

Does anyone know when book 7 is coming out??????

Dumbledore DID kill someone... a long time ago, he killed that great wizard Grindelwald. He could have made a horcrux then. I don't think, however, that he did because he spoke of horcrux as evil, evil things and said that one who creates a horcrux would then always live a half-life as a result. Doesn't sound like Dumbledore's life to me. I think Dumbledore knew he had to die to save Harry, to let him continue on his path and, therefore, did so. I do agree about Snape being deep undercover; him killing Dumbledore was a previously devised plan that hurt him to execute. Gotta love HP and the HBP...

Ditto on the Snape being "deep undercover for the good guys", but I do think that Dumbledore is actually dead. I see it as kind-of an Obi-Wan Kenobi self-sacrifice. The master has passed on what he knows to the student, and the master knows that he can't kill the "dark side", that only the student can do it. So he removes himself from the situation in order to empower the student to do the defeating.
